The only thing that worked for me was to download Audio Driver from mobo manufacturer's site, then download that Realtek Audio Control (somewhere it's called Realtek Audio Console, for whatever reason) and then I was stuck at the infinite loading loop of that new Realtek App.
I have MSI B550 MPG Gaming Plus motherboard.
Apparently afaik there is no Realtek HD Audio interface as it was before, and I was unable to install the usual Realtek HD Audio drivers from their official site.
